Joe Farmer – Regional Sales Manager – Northeast
Joe comes to CovertTrack from the Law Enforcement Division of 3SI where he served for seven years as the Division’s Operations Manager. Joe’s role was to provide law enforcement partner agencies nationwide with support and training for commercial robbery and burglary tracking events as well as deploying ESO trackers for agency operations. Working with a team of 22 full-career law enforcement officers, he acquired the knowledge and skills to provide dynamic support to the full spectrum of law enforcement agencies and mission objectives.
Joe’s territory will cover much of the east coast and includes the following states: ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, and DC

Kelvin “Kel” Helmick is the Director of Training
Kel served in law enforcement for 39 years throughout the state of Arizona, including 15 years as a Technical Surveillance Detective. He has expertise in the development, deployment, repair, and maintenance of covert electronic surveillance equipment as well as GPS deployment.
Kel has been a member of NATIA since 2003. He has served as the VP of the Pacific Chapter and holds his CTI certification. As a trainer for NATIA for over 16 years, he’s instructed law enforcement and military special forces throughout North America on tagging, tracking, and locating.
Kel’s focus will be on developing and executing training initiatives both at CovertTrack headquarters and at partner agencies throughout North America. Register your interest in training by filling in the form here.

Ken Miller – Audio/Video Specialist
Ken is a 22-year veteran of law enforcement. His tenure includes 12 years specializing in auto theft investigations, installation, repair, and maintenance of bait vehicle surveillance equipment. He also served as the Lead Instructor for auto theft investigation. He has expertise in GPS tracker deployment, maintenance, and repair.
Ken has been a member of NATIA since 2013 and is a Certified Technical Investigator.
As the Audio/Video Specialist Ken will support customers in successfully installing & deploying surveillance and tracking technology.
